Return & Refund Policy
At Sarvodaya Book Stall, we take great care in delivering your order and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’ve made our Return & Refund Policy as simple and transparent as possible.
Returns Eligibility
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The item(s) delivered are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The refund will be credited to customers account within 7-10 working days through original payment method
- The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging and invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Books purchased under discounts, combos, or clearance sales.
- Items that are used, marked, torn, or damaged due to misuse.
- Digital downloads or e-books (if applicable).
How to Initiate a Return
- The customers can return the product within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the product
- Include:
- Order ID
- Clear images of the product & packaging
- Reason for return
- Order ID
- Our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping (as applicable).
Note: If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You will be notified via email once the refund is approved.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If paid via COD, we will initiate a refund to your bank account after confirmation.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not returned in the required condition.
- Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by third-party logistics or incorrect address entry by the customer.
